More money, more problems.
Kevin Costner’s wife Christine Baumgartner claims the actor’s net worth has quadrupled to $400 million over the course of their marriage.
According to TMZ, the handbag designer claims in legal documents that the “Bodyguard” actor disclosed that he was worth $102,716,000 in 2004, when they signed their marriage contract.
Now that the couple is through the difficult divorce, Baumgartner claims Coster is worth nearly $400 million — with about $24 million of that in cash.
In a court filing obtained by People, the mother-of-three accused the Oscar winner of “withholding” evidence related to his finances.

Baumgartner’s attorney has asked the court to produce documents related to Costner’s business ventures.
The lawyer claims the Yellowstone star “blocked” by not disclosing information ahead of next week’s child support hearing.
Additionally, in new court documents, Costner claimed he hadn’t had an affair but “didn’t know for sure” if his estranged wife did.

His response came after Baumgartner’s attorneys asked him to provide documentation relating to his finances, including “expenses related to extramarital affairs paid by you or any other person at your request or on your behalf.”
The father-of-seven’s legal team objected to the motions, writing that they were “made for the purpose of harassment only, overly broad in scope and subject, burdensome, oppressive and unacceptably complicated.”

The attorneys argued in court documents obtained by People that Costner “doesn’t know for sure if [Christine] had any “love affairs outside of marriage” prior to the breakup, and if so, whether she spent any of his money or charged any expenses furthering their affair(s) to the credit cards he paid for.
“[Kevin] has no response documents for “extramarital love affairs” he has entered into because he has not entered into any.”
Baumgartner, 49, filed for divorce from Costner, 68, in May after 18 years of marriage. Since then, the estranged spouses have been embroiled in a contentious divorce battle.

In July, a judge ruled that the “Hidden Figures” star had to pay his estranged wife $129,755 a month in child support for their three children — although she originally asked the court for $248,000 a month.
He was also ordered to pay $200,000 in legal fees and $100,000 in forensic costs.
The judge also ruled that the exes needed to honor their marriage, which required Baumgartner to move out of the family home by July 31.
