After Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, Shehnaaz Gill wishes to star as Salman Khan’s heroine: ‘Hope he fulfills this…’
Social media influencer, Bigg Boss star and actor Shehnaaz Gill is all set to make her big Bollywood debut with Salman Khan’s upcoming Eid release, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. Shehnaaz, who has been on a promotional spree lately, opened up about the experience of working with the superstar.
Speaking to Connect FM Canada, Shehnaaz said, “I am excited ki Bollywood ki bohot bade screen me aa rahi hun. Par Salman sir ke under kaam karna, khush naseeb hu main ki live action karte dekha, live wo shot de rahe the unko dekhna, wohi bohot badi baat thi (I am excited about appearing in a big-scale Bollywood release. It was my good luck that I got to see Salman sir shoot his action bits and do what he does best in front of me, in real time. That in itself was a big deal.) It was a learning experience to work with him.”
When asked about when she would be seen in a film opposite him as his female lead, Shehnaaz laughed and said she has no clue about it, but hopes that such a thing happens soon.
“Mereko nahi pata, casting directors ya Salman sir ko hi pata hoga. Meri chemistry to sabke sath hi achi lagti hai. I hope Salman sir ye sapna bhi pura kar dein ki main unke opposite aa jaun. Par main isme hi bohot khushi hu ki unke sath nahi to unke peeche khade hokar kaam karne me bhi mera sapna pura ho gaya (I don’t know when that will happen, only Salman sir or the casting director would know that. I hope he fulfills this wish of mine; to be his heroine. But even working under him has been an unforgettable experience),” said Shehnaaz.
Apart from Salman and Shehnaaz, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan also stars Pooja Hegde, Raghav Juyal, Palak Tiwari among others in pivotal roles. It releases in cinemas on April 21.
