Salman Khan waves to his fans from his balcony on Eid, netizens say ‘Bollywood ki jaan bhaijaan’, See photos, videos
Actor Salman Khan and his father, veteran screenwriter Salim Khan, waved to the fans gathered outside their home in Mumbai on the festival of Eid on Saturday. Amidst heavy security outside Galaxy Apartments, the crowd erupted with joy as soon as Salman made an appearance in his balcony.
Salman is also celebrating the release of his film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, which released in theatres on Friday. Dressed in a navy blue kurta, Salman looked dapper as he wished his fans.
He also took to his social media to wish his fans and shared in the caption, “Aap sabhi ko Eid Mubarak!”

Fans appreciated Salman’s gesture of greeting them on the festival. One of the fans wrote, “Isn’t he the sweetest? Although he’s been receiving death threats, he came out to the public to wish Eid Mubarak to Fans. Most humble and sweetest Bhai Jaan.” Another fan wrote, “Bollywood ki jaan bhaijaan????????????”
Salman’s brother-in-law Aayush Sharma shared a family photo with his wife Arpita that also featured Salman, Arbaaz and Sohail Khan along with their children. Salim Khan, Salma Khan and Helen were also in the family photo. Salman’s other sister Alvira Agnihotri and her filmmaker husband Atul Agnihotri were also present at the family get together. Aayush wrote in the caption, “Eid Mubarak”.
Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan collected Rs 15.81 crore on the opening day. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh wrote on Twitter, ““#KisiKaBhaiKisiKiJaan is underwhelming on Day 1… More so when one compares it with #SalmanKhan’s #Eid releases from 2010 to 2019… Metros weak, mass pockets better, but not great… Extremely important for biz to jump multi-fold today [#Eid]… Fri ₹ 15.81 cr. #India biz. #KBKJ.”
The film stars Salman in the lead along with Pooja Hegde as his love interest. The Farhad Samji directorial also stars Telugu stars Venkatesh Daggubati, Bhumika Chawla and Jagapathi Babu in the leading roles.
