Prince Harry released his brand new documentary, Heart of Invictus, on Netflix this week – and while he spoke about his journey to the Paralympic sports competition, Invictus, the Duke also gave viewers an intimate look at his life in the States.

In one clip, a new portrait of his son Prince Archie was seen on the side of his desk during a video call from his home in Montecito, which he shares with wife Meghan Markle.

In the sweet photo, little Archie, aged four, was seen holding a toy while wearing gray jeans, white trainers and a navy jumper emblazoned with the letter ‘A’ in yellow. The boy looked a lot like his dad’s double in the sweet snap, no doubt captured by his parents.

The five-part documentary, which opened in the UK on Wednesday, follows a group of ex-servicemen and women taking part in Invictus, which Harry created in 2014 for injured and ill servicemen and veterans.

In one episode, the doting Harry gave a moving speech about his son, Prince Archie. The 38-year-old was seen on stage addressing attendees at the Invictus Games Den Haag in April 2022.

He revealed he and his eldest child have been having talks about the future – listen to the sweet advice he offered in the video below…

The Duke also spoke about never wanting to serve in the armed forces as a father. Harry, who has two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, was spotted chatting with his friends, former Invictus competitors JJ Chalmers and David Wiseman, during a hike in California.

He said, “I have always presented myself as the father I could never minister to when I have children. And you both did that, didn’t you? It never depends on the individual person who signs up – it’s the whole family who signs up.”

When interviewed while sitting in a chair in front of the camera, Harry is asked to describe what he is doing. To which he replied, “What do I do? Um…any given day I’m a father to two kids under the age of three…” Dude. i have a couple of dogs (I am) husband. I am a founding patron of the Invictus Games Foundation. There are many hats to wear but I think today is all about Invictus.”
