Alyssa Milano Joins New Comedy Film Directed by Bobby Farrelly

Alyssa Milano is set to feature in the upcoming comedy titled Driver’s Ed, directed by Bobby Farrelly. This marks the third time Milano is working with Farrelly, following their previous projects Hall Pass and the Roku series The Now.

The production of the movie is currently underway. The plot centers around a group of teenagers who hijack their school’s driver’s education vehicle for a daring road trip. Their mission is to help a high school senior reunite with his girlfriend, a freshman in college, in hopes of rekindling their relationship.

Starring alongside Milano are notable actors including Kumail Nanjiani, known for his role in The Big Sick, Molly Shannon from Saturday Night Live, Sam Nivola of The White Lotus fame, Sophie Telegadis who appeared in One Stupid Thing, Mohana Krishnan from It Lives Inside, Aidan Laprete of The Wilds, and Lilah Pate from Outer Banks.

Alyssa Milano, famous for her roles in long-standing television series such as Who’s The Boss and Charmed, as well as the Fox series Melrose Place, recently appeared in the Netflix film Brazen.

The screenplay for Driver’s Ed is crafted by Thomas Moffett, known for Shrink. The film is being produced by Jonas Pate of Outer Banks, Jennifer Pate from The Runarounds, and David Stone of TFC Productions, with financing from AGC Studios and additional funding from BondIt Media Capital. The executive production team includes AGC’s Stuart Ford and Aghi Koh, Lorelle Lynch, Bobby Farrelly, Scott Lambert of The Killer’s Game, and BondIt’s Matthew Helderman and Luke Taylor.
