Avatar Cast Inspects Fire & Ash Merchandise: "If This Is Varang, I Don't Want To Be Va-Right"

The much-anticipated movie Avatar: Fire and Ash has hit the cinemas, and its cast recently got an exclusive sneak peek at a range of film-related products in a special ScreenRant video. The predecessors of this installment, Avatar and Avatar: The Way of Water, have collectively amassed $5.266 billion worldwide, leading to the creation of numerous themed items for both adults and children.

James Cameron returns to the director’s chair for the third chapter of the Avatar series. With the release of Avatar: Fire and Ash, fans are introduced to a fresh array of merchandise.

In an exclusive clip shared by ScreenRant, cast members including Oona Chaplin (Varang), Jack Champion (Spider), Bailey Bass (Tsireya), and Trinity Jo-Li Bliss (Tuk) are seen reviewing various merchandise items.

The video starts with Chaplin humorously commenting, “If this is Varang, I don’t want to be Va-right,” making a pun on her character’s name. She expresses her surprise upon seeing an Avatar cap featuring a fiery red logo of the film.

The actors then discover an Avatar pop-up book, with the characters springing to life from its pages. Bliss is amazed, exclaiming, “This is insane!” while Chaplin points out, “She’s coming right at you,” referring to the pop-up image of Varang. Chaplin is captivated by how the pop-up elements evoke a sense of flying through Pandora, adding, “My kids would love this.”

Further into the video, the cast gets thrilled by a sticker book, sticking the stickers onto their clothes. Chaplin examines a Visual Dictionary for Avatar: Fire and Ash and commends the extensive detail captured in the book, noting, “I’m going to be reading that.”

When they thought they had seen it all, the cast explores the clothing line, which Chaplin describes as “fierce.” Bliss is impressed with the entire range of merchandise, stating, “These are the toys, guys. And they are so much fun—the toys, the books, the hoodie, the everything.”

The video concludes with Bass turning her attention to the fans, expressing, “We are so excited for you guys to have all of this merch,” and urging everyone to watch Avatar: Fire and Ash in theaters.

As revealed by ScreenRant‘s exclusive video featuring the cast’s reactions, a multitude of exciting products are available for purchase, ranging from shirts and books to collectibles, home decor, and even a pinball machine.

The cast of Avatar: Fire and Ash not only includes Chaplin, Champion, Bass, and Bliss but also stars Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldaña, Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, Kate Winslet, David Thewlis, Cliff Curtis, and Edie Falco.
