AMP is set to present the film at the forthcoming Cannes Market. The production of the film is being handled by GVN Releasing, which will also manage its distribution within the United States.

Plot and Production Details
Taking place in 1974 in suburban Los Angeles, Entity Within tells the harrowing story of a single mother who experiences a violent assault by an invisible assailant in her own home. After her claims are dismissed by those around her, she seeks the help of paranormal investigators, leading to one of the most eerie and well-documented supernatural occurrences in American history.
The film is produced by Schneider and German Michael Torres, known for The Girl in the Pool, with a script penned by Thomas Fenton, the writer behind Saw IV.
Anthony Buckner, head of Sales, Acquisitions, and Distribution at AMP, expressed his excitement about the project, stating, “We’re thrilled to be working with Heather Graham again and partnering with Nick Simon to take Entity Within to Cannes. This film is a high-concept, emotionally charged horror story that we are eager to introduce to global markets.”
Missy Valdez, Head of Production at GVN, commented on the film’s basis in real events, noting, “The film is inspired by a true story which makes it even more spine-chilling. It’s both an honor and a challenge to accurately and respectfully portray Doris’s raw and frightening story on screen. We’re extremely proud to be involved in a project that not only provides a deep emotional experience but also connects with the essence of real-life horror. We believe it will strike a chord with both dedicated horror enthusiasts and broader audiences.”
