Introducing Iconic Productions: A New Venture by Noah Lyles and Box To Box Films
Noah Lyles, celebrated Olympic 100m champion, has launched a new venture called Iconic Productions in partnership with the creators of Formula 1: Drive To Survive, Box To Box Films. Lyles, who clinched the gold medal with a 9.79-second finish at the Paris Olympics, is taking his first steps into the realm of entertainment and media. Iconic Productions is set to develop a range of content including long and short-form videos, and branded material.
Lyles expressed enthusiasm about the new initiative, stating, “Storytelling is a potent tool for inspiration, connection, and societal change. Through Iconic Productions, I am excited to collaborate with Box To Box Films to produce impactful content that transcends boundaries and challenges the status quo.”
Further emphasizing the mission of Iconic Productions, Lyles mentioned the platform will highlight “voices that need to be heard” and will embrace his wide-ranging interests in sports, entertainment, fashion, and culture. He also highlighted the opportunity to bring to light the ideas and passions of athletes.
Box To Box Films, known for its deep dives into various sports disciplines through documentaries like Formula 1: Drive To Survive, Break Point, Tour De France: Unchained, and Sprint, operates out of London, Paris, Mexico City, and Los Angeles. The company has gained recognition for its insightful series that explore the intricate details of sports.
Paul Martin, Co-Founder of Box To Box Films, remarked on Lyles’ significant influence across multiple domains including sports, culture, fashion, and entertainment, stating, “Noah Lyles doesn’t just participate in culture, he shapes it. Our partnership aims to leverage his influence to craft narratives that are as compelling as Noah himself.”
Currently, Box To Box Films is working on Matchroom and an unnamed college football series focusing on the Southeastern Conference, both of which are slated for release on Netflix. Martin has high expectations for the partnership with Lyles, saying, “With Iconic Productions, our goal is not merely to document sports but to actively participate in and shape its future.”
