Kelly Reilly and Rafe Spall Tackle a Mysterious Crime in “Under Salt Marsh”
Kelly Reilly, known for her role in Yellowstone, teams up with Rafe Spall in the chilling new Sky crime series Under Salt Marsh, set to premiere on January 30. Reilly portrays Jackie Ellis, while Spall steps into the role of Detective Eric Bull. The series kicks off with Ellis uncovering startling new evidence that reopens a three-year-old unresolved case, which previously derailed her career and lost her the trust of her family. This discovery compels her to reconnect with her former police partner, Eric Bull, plunging both back into a deeply troubling investigation that threatens to upset the entire town of Morfa Halen.

Produced by Little Door Productions in collaboration with Sky Studios, Under Salt Marsh has received funding support from the Welsh Government through Creative Wales. The series’ script is penned by Claire Oakley, with additional episodes written by Jonathan Harbottle and Nikita Lalwani. Claire Oakley serves as the lead director, while Mary Nighy directs the third and fourth episodes. Producers for the series include Scott Bassett and Emma Duffy, with executive production led by Elwen Rowlands from Little Door Productions, Megan Spanjian from Sky Studios, along with Oakley and Reilly.
