Kodachrome Joins Forces with Bobby Moresco for ‘Maserati: The Brothers’
Kodachrome, a production and finance enterprise based in Berlin, has recently partnered with director Bobby Moresco on the new film Maserati: The Brothers. The star-studded cast includes Anthony Hopkins, Al Pacino, Jessica Alba, Andy Garcia, and Michele Morrone.
The narrative centers around Alfieri Maserati, an innovative engineer whose last name has become a hallmark of excellence and advancement in the car industry. The film is driven by Italian producer Andrea Iervolino.
Michelle Alexandria of Light Year Pictures and Stephanie Garvin, the head of Hollywood Expansion Corporation, successfully negotiated the partnership on behalf of Kodachrome.
Filming is already in progress, with Kodachrome providing financial support and strategic production assistance, especially in European regions.
Michael Müllner, the managing director at Kodachrome, expressed his enthusiasm about the project, noting, “It’s a privilege to contribute to a film that not only promises outstanding cinematic quality but also celebrates such a legendary and dynamic brand as Maserati. The brand itself is associated with achievement, passion, bold designs, and the essence of racing, which are all key components for an exciting movie.”
Kodachrome was inaugurated at the 2025 European Film Market by founders Georg Prokop, Michael Müllner, and Josef Brandmaier. The company is dedicated to international co-productions that blend strong commercial appeal with unique artistic insights.
The company’s expanding portfolio includes several notable projects. This includes The School of Magical Animals 4, the newest addition to Germany’s highest-grossing family series, Neo Nuggets, a follow-up to the Austrian hit Pulled Pork, and A Wolf’s Prey, a six-episode Nordic crime thriller that Stuart Ford’s AGC Studios has recently introduced for global distribution at MIPCOM.
