EXCLUSIVE: Spiridellis Bros. Studios, a leader in AI-driven animation, is thrilled to announce a strategic alliance with Parry Gripp, a renowned musician known for his viral children’s music. Over the last ten years, Gripp’s catchy tunes have amassed hundreds of millions of views.
Through this partnership, Spiridellis Bros. Studios secures worldwide rights to adapt Gripp’s extensive song catalog into an expansive new world for audiences, dubbed the Parryverse.
This collaboration news arrives just six weeks following the launch of Spiridellis Bros. Studios by brothers Evan and Gregg Spiridellis. The studio boasts support from notable investors such as Polaris Founders Capital, Caruso Ventures, Google’s AI Futures Fund, Ashton Kutcher, Guy Oseary, Chris and Crystal Sacca, and Tim Ferriss.
As part of the agreement, Gripp will serve as a creative partner in the studio, with his beloved musical works inspiring a diverse array of projects including digital shorts, TV shows, video games, toys, and live events.
Gripp, who has been the lead vocalist for the Santa Barbara rock group Nerf Herder since the early 1990s, gained international acclaim with his whimsical songs about food and animals aimed at young listeners.
His YouTube channel, ParryGrip, features these songs along with brief animations, attracting over 1.56 million subscribers and generating hundreds of millions of views across more than 250 videos.
One of Gripp’s songs, ‘Raining Tacos,’ became a sensation from 2014 to late 2019 after catching on with users of the Roblox platform. The song’s video has nearly reached 100 million views on YouTube.
The first major event for this partnership will be a global virtual concert titled “Welcome to the Parryverse” on Roblox, set to take place on November 28, 2025.
“The song ‘Raining Tacos’ has been an integral part of our platform’s musical landscape, enchanting our community for a long time,” commented Jessica Meehan, Music Partnerships Lead at Roblox. “We are excited to host this monumental event and introduce Roblox users worldwide to The Block.”
“I’m absolutely thrilled about the upcoming Roblox concert,” Gripp expressed. “I’m even more excited to embark on this Parryverse adventure with the Spiridellis brothers!”
Following the premiere on Roblox, Spiridellis Bros. Studios plans to roll out a series of short-form content across various social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
The Parryverse initiative extends the long-standing collaboration between the Spiridellis brothers and Gripp, who has composed over 70 songs for their multiple Emmy-winning TV series, StoryBots, which began on YouTube in 2012 and was later acquired by Netflix in 2019.
“Above all, my brother and I are huge fans of Parry Gripp,” said Evan Spiridellis. “The chance to animate the charming characters from his songs on a grand scale is going to be the highlight of our careers!”
Spiridellis Bros. Studios, launched in October 2025, is at the forefront of AI-enabled animation, leveraging advanced technologies to develop unique franchises spanning movies, television, digital content, games, and toys.
The studio brings together decades of the Spiridellis brothers’ experience at the crossroads of technology and entertainment. Their past achievements include creating the viral sensation JibJab, the popular ElfYourself, and the award-winning StoryBots series.
“With today’s emerging generative media technology tools, we foresee a golden age for nimble studios capable of telling compelling stories and creating remarkable art. We are incredibly optimistic about what lies ahead,” added Gregg Spiridellis.
